The Journal of Environmental Economics and Management (JEEM) and Resource and Energy Economics (REE), in collaboration with the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of the Basque Country and the Basque Centre for Climate Change (BC3), are delighted to announce a call for abstracts for the third joint Workshop on Nonmarket Valuation. Similar to the first two workshops in 2024 and 2025, the third workshop will be staged following the Annual Conference of the European Association of Environmental and Resource Economists (EAERE), which in 2026 coincides with the 7th World Congress of Environmental and Resource Economists (WCERE).

While the WCERE will be held in Carcavelos, Portugal, 29 June – 3 July, the workshop itself will take place at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) in Bilbao, Spain, a short direct flight from Lisbon.

The workshop will consist of two full days of presentations, starting in the morning of July 6, and ending in the afternoon of July 7.
