The NOVA SBE campus is located in Carcavelos, roughly halfway between Lisbon and Cascais, and is easily accessible via the coastal train line connecting the two cities. From Carcavelos station, the campus is a short bus ride away (approximately 5 minutes).

This train line operates every 15–20 minutes (the timetable is available here) and stops at the following stations:

Those staying in Lisbon are advised to consider accommodation near Cais do Sodré, the starting station of the Cascais train line, or along the Green metro line, which connects directly to Cais do Sodré and provides fast, frequent access to Carcavelos and the NOVA SBE campus.

Given that hotel availability in Carcavelos is limited, we recommend booking accommodation near any of the stations along this train line, which ensures quick and convenient access to the campus.

The entire Lisbon–Cascais coastal area is extremely popular during the summer, so we strongly encourage attendees to book accommodation early. This applies even to participants awaiting paper acceptance, who may benefit from flexible or free-cancellation rates. Availability is likely to decrease and prices to increase as the conference dates approach.
