Registration

The Conference will be held in person, complemented by a selection of online events within the programme. All presentations will take place exclusively in person, and presenters are therefore required to attend on site (remote presentation is not a foreseen possibility). The only exception applies to panellists participating in Science-Policy-Business sessions, who may present remotely with prior approval from the Programme Committee.

Registration will be conducted in a two-step process that prioritizes presenters of accepted papers. Each accepted paper may be presented by one person only. The first round of registration will be open exclusively to presenting authors, followed by a second round open to all participants. Registration for in-person participation will close once maximum capacity is reached.
